Great Ram
- Pros: I love corsair ram, and they take care of their customers. Got 12 gigs of this stuff for my I7 setup, my board picked it up, just had to go into bios to set it at correct speeds, using my old dominator ram cooler on mine.
- Cons: None, i could have waited newer faster ram is getting released by corsair this month.
- Other Thoughts: If you plan on overclocking your i7 get this ram at least or something faster if you plan on overclocking to give you some head room. But this ram will work just fine I would not rec going with anything cheaper or that has some funky timings on it.

MBP 2.5Ghz
- Pros: I have owned this machine since September and I have not had one major problem with it yet. It runs great, responds very well, and is a all around great laptop to have. The picture quality is amazing, the multi-touch actions come in handy (once you start using the mac gestures, you might fumble around once or twice when you start to use "other" computers). The keyboard layout is a lot better once used than I had originally thought. You get used to EVERYTHING so quickly, it amazes you. Put in short, I love my mac, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
- Cons: The Caps Lock key is sometimes difficult because the button of the key is on the left side and its a longer key, so you have to watch where you put your finger. The computer can also get REALLY hot. I advise to not to do too much extreme gaming while Playing Boot Camp like I do, because it isn't safe at all to do. Give it some time to cool down and try to not rest your arms on the sides of the laptop so much because in time it might start to squeak (mine does and when I notice it I get annoyed very easily because of it). Other than these few minor issues, the machine is a piece of work!
Ohh I did forget to mention one bigger detail. The Battery Life of this thing is definitely not up to par with my standards. I would either suggest having a laptop case and bringing the cord everywhere you go, or bring a spare battery with you because these suckers run out in about 3 hours time!
- Other Thoughts: The 15" model is just as good as the 17" model. If I were you guys, the 15" has the updated look to it. The performance is near the same and the picture quality is amazing. The $300 jump for 2 extra inches in my opinion is not worth the money, but I still love the machine I have. Also I advise picking up a case cover too. The Company Speck has some great looking covers for the 17" model and newer ones for the 15" and 13" as well (and there are cases for all sorts of other laptops and phones and MP3 players also)!

POWERFUL
- Pros: POWER is packed in here....and tons of it. Silent card and cool
- Cons: Kind of big. Can't fit the extra fan in my case (Antec Sonata III) because the power connection sticks out and occupies the area where that fan is supposed to be.
- Other Thoughts: Well, haven't tested it out much but I did play Left4Dead on max (not the "most max" but high on everything I saw) and it was pretty good. The videocard is also pretty cool and silent. Barely heard it and it was definitely cool (though that could be because it was 20 degrees outside during new years...). BTW, the card was so long (not too thick) that it didn't allow me to install my 2nd fan because the power wire took up too much space.

better than i had thought
- Pros: its a place to put your stuff inside. great for drives that arent in use.
- Cons: other than the handle taking up some room inside of it, nothing.
- Other Thoughts: better than i had thought. it doesnt have problems opening or closing, and it doesnt slide open easily (no need to worry about it opening when you move around your comp).

- Pros: -Awesome. Installed on a Sapphire Radeon HD4670
-Brought idle temps down about 5c -Brought load temps (using Furmark at 1024x768, windowed, 2x MSAA) down by ~ 25-30c! Load temps with the stock cooler peaked at 81c, while with the accelero temps peaked at 50c - Cons: -Clips can be a PITA to install
- Other Thoughts: I have to say, the best part of having this thing is the fact that I don't have to hear the shriek of that stock sapphire fan anymore

- Pros: I got these when they was on sale for $99.99 with a $40 mail in rebate. So $59.99 total.
- Cons: They was DOA. Memteset found errors from the start. Starting RMA process now!!!!!!!!
- Other Thoughts: I have had Corsair Ram in serveral comps over the years. Never had an issue until now. Not gonna hold it against them. Just hoping the rma process goes smoothly.

Vista an Upgrade?
- Pros: I don't know.
- Cons: There is an upgrade option, which should allow me to keep all my old programs, but I've been trying since this afternoon to "UPGRADE" and it refuses to do it properly. My system is compatible for up to 64 bit. This is the 32 bit versoin, to avoid the compatibility issues of their 64 bit os, but I think I'll stick with XP. I used Acronis to mirror my old drive, and it worked beautifully, then I tried to install Vista, and it's the biggest headache I've had since I started building this system. Save your money till they can put in an upgrade option that works. 6 hours of trying to "Upgrade" is way too many for even a pentium 333! This system is more than adequate, but the program is not! If Microsoft can't get it together, I'll find a way around their products. Why should I have to go thorough and manually re-install everything after I mirrored the drive to avoid just that?
- Other Thoughts: Newegg rocks! Their shipping and customer service is always top notch.

Impressive Formula
- Pros: The copper on my Arctic Cooler looks brand new. The two small bottles will last a while. Highly recommend adding this product to your toolbox. Works much better than the 91% isopropyl.
- Cons: None
- Other Thoughts: Get some! As always Eggselent service and processing.
